Building Classroom Relationships

I discovered this great article which I posted at the end of this page about classroom relationships. It goes through a series of questions and ideas to ask students that will help foster and create a positive community. The interesting thing about the article is I started to see how we as educators send so much time making sure that our students get along that sometimes we forget those same principles for ourselves. We have to remember that what require from our students is what we must require for ourselves.
